When will I receive my order?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once processed, orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 6–20 business days, depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@ysrshop.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

By when can I expect to receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ysrshop.com.

Can I return the product if I have changed my mind?

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. In general, due to the international nature of our shipping (products ship from overseas warehouses), we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

What happens if I have received a wrong- or damaged item?

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@ysrshop.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund. You will not be required to return the defective or damaged item.
